By purchasing corrugated cardboard packaging produced by us, our partners redirect the amount related to the disability fund*, thus supporting the integration of people with disabilities and saving financial resources at the same time.

Additionally, Fabrica de Ambalaje Cartonate provides you with:

    - we use equipment with a high degree of automation and high productivity.

  4. Costs directly proportional to product quality, we select raw material suppliers so that we use the best materials and in this way you can benefit from the best products.

NOTE

According to the Information Material issued by NAFA, please see below the following extract:

"Employers have the possibility to choose to pay 50% of what represents the monthly contribution to the disability fund on products and services made through the own activity of disabled people, employed in authorized protected units.

In accordance with Art. 78 par. 3 of Law no. 448/2006, companies, but also public authorities or state companies with at least 50 employees are compelled to hire disabled people in a percentage of at least 4% of the total number of employees.

Otherwise, they can choose one of the following obligations:

a) To pay monthly to the state budget an amount representing the gross minimum basic salary per country guaranteed in payment (starting from January 1st , 2020 its value is 2230 lei according to G.D. no. 935/2019) multiplied by the number of places of work in which they did not employ disabled people;

b) To pay monthly to the state budget an amount representing the equivalent of at least 50% of the gross minimum basic salary per country guaranteed in payment multiplied by the number of places of work in which they did not employ disabled people, and with the amount representing the difference by the level of the amount provided for in letter a) to purchase, on a partnership basis, products or services made through the own activity of disabled people employed in authorized protected units."

Practically, the amount of the monthly contribution that employers owe to the disability fund does not change, however, employers can choose for half of the amount due to be used to purchase products and services made through the own activity of disabled people employed in protected units and consequently, only 50% of the amount will be paid to the state budget.
